Refunds & Returns Policy

 

 

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, please tell us immediately. We want to make sure that your shopping experience with Dunn’s Market is always positive and we offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases.

If you changed your mind, that’s totally understandable. These things happen! We’ll be happy to process a refund or exchange and we’ll just ask for you to  cover the cost of return shipping.

If the product is defective or damaged, then you can choose between a full refund or a new item.

To start the process, please send happyhelp@dunnsmarket.com an email with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The issue (damaged, wrong product choice)
  • If you want an exchange or a refund

Here are some details that you need to know: you have 5 days from the date of purchase to send the return/refund request form. After 15 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.
